I would still go with the 3.1.3, its a better soundbar and has 3 upfiring channels, u can also add rear channels in the future. Also the 5.1.1 does not have wifi, so no chromecast, spotify connect etc. And since u have a lg tv, im assuming it has 4 hdmi 2.1 ports so u don't have to worry abt that, if it only has 2 and u need more than that, then consider the 5.1
r/Soundbars • Buying LG TV- Free sound bar can't choose between 2. ->I would go with the USC9S, even if it doesn't have rear speakers and Dolby Vision is capped. The G5 that you're buying has four HDMI 2.1 inputs, so you can run everything through the TV and eARC the sound bar. You can also get the rear speakers separately if you really want the full surround effect. Which I would just go ahead and get and set everything up all at once.
r/Soundbars • Buying LG TV- Free sound bar can't choose between 2. ->The LG SC9S comes with a bracket to replace the TV stand altogether that came with your TV.
r/Soundbars • LG 65” OLED tv - which soundbar to get? ->Here’s a pic of the SC9S mounted: (wall mounted) https://preview.redd.it/l8ih178paynf1.jpeg?width=2048&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f824e1c77833f22f714dbd371a0fa7e8b1cf7ea3 The included WOW bracket is a fair size in comparison to the soundbar itself.
r/Soundbars • LG 65” OLED tv - which soundbar to get? ->The area that the bar sits on (WOW mount) has a bigger footprint that the standard stand. If the WOW was included, I think it would look like shit compared to the stand that comes with the TV.
r/Soundbars • LG 65” OLED tv - which soundbar to get? ->Ya, unfortunately it’s only made for LG bars. Not sure if it’s specific to the SC9S, because it does screw into the base of the soundbar to secure it? My previous set I had the soundbar on top of the screen using flat bar and plastic bushings for spacers to line up the flat bar with the vesa mount holes. [Try this maybe???](https://a.co/d/bABLPPI)
r/Soundbars • LG 65” OLED tv - which soundbar to get? ->I got SC9S with rear speakers. Nice soundbar it is! Made for C series OLED
r/Soundbars • Soundbar recommendations for C4 ->I can’t speak to the jbl, but I had the lg sc9s. I really liked it, much better than my Bose tv speaker. I only moved on when I replaced the tv with an s95d and splurged on the q990d to match.
r/Soundbars • What do I buy? LG sc9s 3.1.3 or JBL bar 500 pro 5.1. ->Sonos Arc Ultra might be the go if your not going with tv brand soundbar imo, I got the sc9s but sonos arc gets better reviews however I did like the integration. Sounds great so far on the sc9s but not used it much yet
r/Soundbars • ATMOS Soundbar setup for LG C5 ->I've got the sc9s and have discovered i can't get rear speakers as they don't make them which is annoying as i wanted surround sound. It sounds great for movies with the Sub and Dolby atmosphere, for other stuff though my gen 1 Beam sounds as good. If I could have my time again id go Sonos so I could get rears mind you that was way over my budget as well as adding a sonos Sub and I got a great deal on LG bar bundled with tv. Wow Orchestra is ok. I guess 'it depends' is the answer.
r/Soundbars • Should I get an LG sound bar for my LG TV? ->Main other benefit is the Wow bracket to integrate with tv
r/Soundbars • Should I get an LG sound bar for my LG TV? ->Same here with sc9s only good for electronic music. I think any soundbar is not good for music though, need a proper AV system to get both so unless you want to go that option
r/Soundbars • LG S95TR Really Terrible for Music ->I got the sc9s which is designed for the tv and has the wow bracket. I'm not sure id recommend it though while it does fit beautifully under the tv on the new stand, and the Sub is great for movies my Beam is better sounding and on my other tv and it just sits on the TV stand fine and hardly obscures the bottom. Honestly owning both products, id go for a Beam 2 as you can get Dolby Atmos and it might go in front fine , but definitely check. The other thing I've discovered with my sc9s is that they no longer make rear speakers for it so I'm never getting surround sound, sonos is super expensive for surrounds so I was hoping to get surrounds for cheaper but no luck.
r/Soundbars • LG 65” OLED tv - which soundbar to get? ->My theory is they do this deliberately to get people to buy the LG bar but maybe I'm too cynical as any bar can fit in front potentially
r/Soundbars • LG 65” OLED tv - which soundbar to get? ->I got the C5 and an amazing price deal on the sc9s so I know what you mean the Sub doesn't ever recommend LG soundbars, that said im a bit annoyed with mine and other than the price and Wow bracket and Wow Orchestra which unlike everyone else I seem to like I'm not sure id recommend it, I kind of get what the review says about the bar compared to my Sonos Beam on another tv. I'm mostly annoyed they stopped making rear speakers for it though as I thought I could get a surround sound set up.
r/Soundbars • Any one Knows about this? ->Did you experienced it's sound? I tried out Sony S40R , Sony HT-500RF and Lg SC9S in croma. According to my experience, Lg SC9S had best sound depth, clarity and good bass. I was planning to buy Lg SQ75TR but it was not available at Croma, so I was not able to hear it yet.
r/Soundbars • Best soundbar under 30k in India - Listening music mostly ->SC9S will be a perfect soundbar for this budget. Added advantage would be if you get the rear speakers if available.
r/Soundbars • Best soundbar under ₹25000 in India ->Please check it once in any croma or reliance shop. I personally have it and I am satisfied. If you are more into music and instruments then this would be the perfect soundbar at this budget..
r/Soundbars • Best soundbar under ₹25000 in India ->that's just a paper spec they tend to say that it is so, when in reality it couldn't be further from the truth. Anyway, sorry for the unhelpful comment, but virtual surround sound will be just that, a gimic, something that might perhaps add a bit of a soundstage to the entire lot, but wouldn't really be surround like at all. Maybe get the LG sc9s for now, is a decent 3.1 system but a very slightly high trebbley sounding bar, although the trebble can be toned down a bit using the remote/ app, could add the rears later on when money and space allows.
r/Soundbars • Recommendations of a sound bar with Dolby Atmos and HDMI out. ->To answer your question, I had similar thoughts as you tbh after I had the chance to listen to all of them but for LG, and sadly there isn't a perfect fits all balanced bar out there that ticks all the boxes. JBL surround isn't that great, but is decent over all for movies music, and if price isn't an issue, I'd probably go for it, but doesn't feel quite right even so considering the price difference 87k to 105000. The 990F would have been my instant pick, but for the bass, which is really underwhelming, but everything else is really great. it's good for movies and shows, but for music you'd be better off putting it on on different speakers. Maybe try the 990D and buy that instead? the 990F tried to fix an issue which I hadn't even heard of before the F came around, that of the 990D's sub distorting or being boomy. The 990D's bass felt quite a bit better to me, but it's been a while and I could be just making it up, after my disappointment with the 990F Believe it or not, LG used to make the greatest sounding soundbars, but their recent stuff has taken quite a big hit, had a chance to listen to the s65QR? or whatever it is called, and it was an instant yuck. Compare that to the lg SC9S which sounds decent, and if you can get at the rears is a decent system over all. Can you actually put the prices down in INR? and where did you get to demo the LG if you don't mind me asking?
r/Soundbars • Need help choosing between JBL 1300, Samsung Q990F, and LG S95TR — stuck in a dilemma after demos ->I did try SC9S at a local Croma connecting it to my phone's Bluetooth, it did sound great, Reliance Digital has it lowest at 31.5k. But I am also getting Samsung Q600F for 24k (Samsung online). I will go out and check the sound of Q600C (which is similar to Q600F). My use case will be movies and OTT web series mostly and sometimes music.
r/Soundbars • Has someone tried LG SC9S or LG SQ70TY? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
