Researched this quite a bit last year and went with Flexispot E1. I am 100% happy with it. It is reliable, sturdy and quiet. If you don't like the table top you can change it to something else!

I have this and its great: https://amzn.eu/d/gRWYDl5 I don’t even use it whilst standing really but you would be surprised how often it comes in handy being able to adjust to height higher and lower. Not something I knew I needed but wouldn’t go back from having one.

r/StandingDeskBest standing desk around 300€ (absolute max 400€)?

I'm going to say that stability is a bit subjective. I'm 180cm and went with the E1 Pro, which I rise it up to 104cm to work (goes up until 119cm) and I still consider it to be quite stable, even at 110 still is stable for me. Overall, in Czech Republic the cost for it was 280 EUR through Kaufland with the tabletop.

Yep, overall i have not found any significant flaw with it. Works as expected and for me it has been quite solid. The E1 pro has dual motor, so that helps too. I use the lower height (70cm) to work sitting down, and go for 104cm to work standing up. And have another aetup at 110cm when i use it as sort of a high table when watching something on it.

I went for the Flexispot E1 (EF1) and I’m very happy with it. Just attached it to a standard IKEA desktop. I do intend to switch the desktop for something more premium at some point in the future, but it’s not high up my priority list.

I have a standing desk and I use it daily - I work 100% from home. Typically I sit when I'm 'Working' and I stand whenever I'm in meetings, so about 50:50. I find it gives me a little more energy during calls, and the movement stops any lower back pain. I really recommend FLEXISPOT as a brand - I have the E1 Pro 140x80. Currently £300 in Black Friday and you can add on power outlets, wire storage etc. I like that it has 4 memory settings, and I have mine programmed for: 1) Sitting 2) Slouching 3) Soup and Noodles (Because it's way less splash when it's right under your chin) 4) Standing Very recommend!

r/StandingDeskUplift V3 vs FlexiSpot E7 - is the $150 price difference justified?

A big feature to look for is a collision sensor — stops the desk from going up or down if it senses resistance in the moving direction Had a desk without this and i have slanted ceilings if I wasn’t paying attention I’d deff go through the ceiling with my monitor I have a flexispot pro now prob the e7 idr but I’m super satisfied with it

I have a flexidesk standing desk. love it. 32" + 27" monitor with keyboards, mouse, shelf, laptop, dock..etc. only that doesn't have is my PC which is on another shelf. but u can easily fit a PC on there if u only have 1 monitor.(or put it in the back and hide it.

so i used FlexiDesk first and the height adjustments were ok but not smooth. then i got a Dezctop desk with the lift system and modular D Boards. switching between sitting and standing throughout the day became effortless. my back feels way better now

Flexispot but get the dual motor. Mine is 55" long and fits two monitors, laptop stand, and portable monitor with enough writing room and keyboard space. Super sturdy no shaking when changing levels. Really smooth and under $300. No need to splurge on Uplift

Got mine a year ago and use stand mode everyday, usually beginning of day and after lunch. Adjusting height while sitting at different levels for typing vs reading can also alleviate bad posture. There is no reason to spend a grand on a standing desk. Look for a Flexispot dual motor on Amazon. Amazing quality, easy set up, and so smooth. I would only ever get a dual motor. Mine was no more than $300.
