Britax - MAX-WAY PLUS

Meillä oli Maxi Cosi Pearl telskalla ja sitten Britax Römer Max Way kahdella lapsella. Max Waysta sitte turvavyöistuimeen. Meillä kuopus tosin täyttää seitsemän, joten noita malleja ei taida olla enää myynnissä uutena. Mut molemmat merkit on olleet ok.

Had 2 britax max ways for a few years, new version the max safe I believe. If you have a higher centile baby then an ERF to 25kg is a good option. Max way is belted and tethered which is a pain the first time you fit it but you get the knack. If a low centile baby then an 18kg rear facing will be enough, then you can get isofix with swivel. Ideally they should rear face until at least 4 and then can move to a high backed booster, so they need to be mature enough to sit with the seat belt.

We did the Axkid One+ with the newborn insert & it’s still going meaty 2 years on - yes, I had to baby wear or put my kid in my bassinet on the pram instead of popping out the car seat, but I’ve not had to buy another one (for one car anyway, we’ve gone for another Axkid (Minikid 2) for our second car & a Britax Maxway for the grandparents now they’re a bit bigger.

Both my kids sit in their child seat since day 1, no exceptions. We use Britax Romer seats, they are the ones that are used in the actual crash tests.
