"I love it because it folds very small and it goes in the upper head compartment of an airplane. ... That’s important to me because airlines will break your stroller and they are so hard to get a hold of if they do break it."

"it was perfect for Boston, air travel, and Disney."

"it’s so convenient that it has replaced our Nuna 🫣"

"Really great in the airport. ... One of our flights got delayed and it was super late when we boarded and was so handy being able to wheel her the whole way to her seat and then stash it and get straight to cuddles and sleep."

"We have the GBpockit but I recommend for 5’7” and below. I’m 5’9” and it’s not quite comfortable for me."

When they were younger: MaClaren Twin Triumph. Super lightweight for a double stroller. Ages 3ish- 4: we've found it more convenient to do separate strollers and hands down: gb pockit air all-terrain. It folds down teeny tiny, and while it feels a little loose, it's lasted us many trips through cobblestoned cities for over a year. Edit: apparently, there's a newer version of the MaClaren double stroller that has a different name

We bought a Numa stroller to go with our car seat, and recently a GB pocket air. We really regret the numa since it was expensive, is massive, and we never use it. Whenever we go places or on neighborhood walks, I always just carry our son in the carrier. The Numa has been used once, so we’re trying to sell it. We’re hoping to travel more with the little guy this year, so that’s what prompted the much cheaper GB pocket purchase. Folds up really small so you don’t need to check it on the plane. Will probably be our main stroller if we ever need one when not traveling too.

Hi all — heading to Japan (Tokyo → Kyoto → Osaka) with our 17-month-old and trying to figure out the best way to get around with her. Debating between: • Travel stroller (we have A GB Pockit Air currently) • Front carrier (soft baby-wearing type) • Backpack carrier (hiking-style) …or a combo of these. Main concerns: crowded trains, lots of stairs, narrow sidewalks, naps on the go, and switching between city walking and temples with uneven ground. Would love advice from anyone who’s done Japan with a toddler around this age: 1. What worked best for you — stroller, carrier, or both? 2. Any regrets leaving one behind? 3. Product recs for compact strollers, comfy carriers, or good backpack options? Thanks so much — trying to pack smart and not overdo it!

Thanks for the info! A stroller would definitely save my back a bit. I have a GB Pockit stroller which can fold up pretty small for when we need to go up stairs to a restaurant.

We loved the Uppababy Cruz. It isn't as big as the Vista (which I see very petite parents pushing around). We also ended up with a GB pocket micro foldable for travel and a hiking stroller. At the end of the day you can sell them and get a lot of your investment back if you treat them right.

At one point we had like 8 lol. They all have such different use cases! A city mini travel system we got when we had our first. Sold it once our 2nd baby was out of the infant car seat. We also had a Doona and loved that. Sold both when he got too big. We had a City Mini double (someone in my parents rich neighborhood was giving it away! And then they paid $$$ to ship it to us, lol.) that we just used around the neighborhood because it was too bulky and a pain to take in the car with the second seat. (Sold this one) A evenflo pivot stroller wagon we took around. A $50 costco wagon that folded up and fit in the car really well. For a while we stopped using the pivot because this one was just easier. A double umbrella we only used for traveling or kept in the trunk, it was a pain because it was short so the adult had to hunch to push. But it was small, we took it on planes to visit my parents. (Sold this one, kids are 6 and 3 now) A GB pockit amazing fold up tiny single stroller. Perfect for travel, took it to NYC and on a cruise. A urbini reversi single stroller, we kept that one even though we used it rarely because it was the only one that could recline super flat for the kid to sleep that had okay storage underneath. After we sold the big double stroller we decided to take the kids to Disney World and I realized wagons weren’t allowed. We considered taking 2 single strollers and quickly abandoned that idea and bought a Graco Sit and Stand double stroller on marketplace for $50 that we love and take with us when we go places like the Zoo and stuff now. Good storage, our older kid can stand or sit and hop on and off easily.

We love our gb pockit. Folds up easily, fit in the bin, and we still use it 3 years later for zoo trips! And it magically fits in our car seat with the cover bag on, if we check the car seat.

I got the go pocket travel stroller especially for Italy.  We travel there frequently and it is great on the cobblestone/ narrow streets. It's so great, we keep it in the car so we don't have to pack our big stroller. We now only use our big stroller around the burb.  I would pack ONE stroller and make it a good one. Traveling with Littles means you pack a ton of stuff. Never travel with two strollers

GB Pockit! Although fold isn’t one handed, it’s super easy.

We got the GB Pockit as a gift off our registry. It fits in the overhead compartment and it comes with adapters that fit the Nuna infant seat. Not cheap per se, but cheaper than the Nuna stroller is. We took it on a short trip in March and it was perfect for our needs. Will be taking for a month in Europe in September as well.
