"Compared to our $350 S8s, our 10R sucks at vacuuming. It is so bad that I do all of our vacuuming with the S8s and only use the 10R as a mop. ... When the S8 goes through right afterwards, it's dustbin is completely full. The S8 that recleaned an already cleaned (by the 10R) room picks up five times as much stuff. I have tried this over and over again with the same results. ... For excellent vacuuming on rugs and carpets, any model of S8 will do great. ... I absolutely love my two S8s! They are cleaning monsters!"
"The roborock cleans the carpet so well I haven't seen or felt any litter anymore."
"My cat has very bad mite allergies, and this vacuum is a must have for us for keeping the floors clean of all dust, dander, and dirt."

"it's designed so well, it's a joy to vacuum 2x daily (concrete floors/live at the beach with a long-haired GSD, I vacuum constantly)."
"Miele! We have 9 cats and a dog. ... It cleans up pet messes"
"I use the bagged canister design for the whole house and for every mess. Even pet hair."

"I live in a 2700 square foot cookie-cutter tract house. First floor is laminate with an office that has carpet. Then there’s the stairs which leads to 5 carpeted bedrooms, two tile bathrooms, a laundry room, and a walk-in carpeted closet. I can get all of that done one charge."
"being cordless and effective for what I need. ... For some the tradeoff for cordless, no bags, good suction, etal means we vacuum more than we otherwise would. ... I never would have thought I'd defend a near $1,000 cordless vacuum but I got one as a gift and will never buy anything different now."
"One thing I really love is how it came with two batteries. ... Never have I ran out of a charge."

"you can buy replacement parts for under $40ish dollars. ... I have replaced battery, brush attachment, stick attachment, etc. - they are amazing."
"theyre the only ones that have lasted months instead of mere days like other brands. ... They are worked HAAAARD and they still work great. ... Every other brand thats been put in our hands has broken in a few days or couple of weeks, so the company splurged for the good ones and they have probably already paid for themselves."
"it will last you forever. ... I have had mine for 5"

"I've had them for a few years and now the battery doesn't last for more than 40 mins, so looking for a different model."
"An almost new pair I wore in a mountain 100 was dead after the race. ... It was all stretched out and even had a hole in the side when it wasn't that crazy technical of terrain."

"battery died just months after warranty expired."
"The dust bin broke 3 times. ... The wand broke 3 times. ... The red clip button broke 4 times. ... The battery broke once."

"I have KEF Q150 with a 150 euro amp. They sound drastically better than a Sonos Move 2. They're different products but for the same price you have way better sound, it's not even close."
"costing $1000-$1200, respectively ... can't, in good faith, recommend a high-end Garmin to anyone who isn't rich"
"Addressing the Move, it’s a nice speaker and overpriced for what it does. ... I feel $250-300 is really what it should cost. ... If I reviewed it, it would get hammered on its value."

"But it was literally just pushing around debris on the floor."
"the amount of dog hair / ETC it can get out of the carpet vs the Dyson Cordless cannot be compared."
"the cordless Dyson isn’t that great for carpet/rugs ... I have the old school Dyson Ball vacuum cleaner and it’s sooo much better for rugs"
The Tineco Pet Go 303 is not going to solve your problem and it'll add many other problems. The V11 has a pretty nice canister that minimizes the need to do that so I don't really understand what your real "problem" is... with the other ones things get stuck and I just quickly rotate out the inside filter part and back in, or just quickly grab whatever that gets stuck or use a brush. Maybe a Dyson V11 *outsize* would solve your problem and it's within your budget if you get an old beat up one. Based on how it looks, it looks like it'll essentially get rid of your problem with the bigger canister and the general shape of it. I feel like you could "solve" the problem you're describing, ironically by purchasing a much worse vacuum like the Tineco, but only because it'll have trouble picking up all the stuff in the first place for it to even get clogged where you say it gets clogged.
Dyson v11 outsize, in shocked how much this stock vacuum can pick up even if I've already gone through with it on ordinary wall outlet type vacuums
I bought a Dyson v11 outsize 4 years ago. I love it so much. One thing I really love is how it came with two batteries. Never have I ran out of a charge.
My main is a V11 Outsize with the extra battery and I love that thing. It’s like 5-6 years old now and I can get 2 hours or so with both batteries. If it dies I’ll go Miele because I’ve seen too many issues with the newer Dysons. I’ve had no regrets on buying this one though. I’d definitely consider a used one if I knew the batteries were good.
All of the A9x series are essentially the same basic vacuum with different options. The A937 would be my choice. I don’t want a wet mop and the self emptying tower is great. I have heard the new dual brush / soft roller floor head is problematic. I’d google it and decide for yourself. I can speak to Dyson as I have one. Parts are not available for Dyson. They’re overpriced throw away machines. Status symbols. Mine is a V11 outsize which needs a new brush roller. Neither Dyson nor aftermarket offer replacements. It’s hot garbage. If you decide on a Dyson get the regular size because there are a lot of aftermarket parts for those. Just know that Dyson themselves will not support you. You can look at their website and they will show the parts but they’re perpetually out of stock.
V11 refurb w/ a laser head off eBay for $40 is a good deal
I had the Dyson outsize, it croaked after several months and Dyson didn't have a filter for it, so they upgraded me to the new gen15 outsize. The thing costs about 2x, is more powerful, comes with a second battery and and amazing cloth roller head with a laser light that makes dust and debris glow. Never had a vacuum that worked so well. Return only took about 2 weeks. Very pleased, just hope this one lasts...
yeah i have a v8 and i have a black mouth curs dog, and 2 cats. i was fine before with hardwood floors, and any other stick vacuum….dude once i got to a carpeted place…TRASH. i had a shark professional….but didnt want the cords…annoying. i vacuum almost every other day. Dyson freaking rocked, had it nearly 4-5 years now. the hair from my dogs so thick it fills the canister up with half the living room done. I used to use the upholstery tool directly on my dog she loved it and lays down and shows me her belly when i vacuum lol. I paid 250 refurb for it originally. Dude im not kidding I was not nice to this vacuum. I beat the shit out of it. I break it down and clean it. My son broke the canister once, but i easily ordered parts and got another. I used it to suck up hundreds of dead stink bugs. but people are right on the battery….well. about a year ago they had the dyson outsize for sale cheap, used to be like 8-900. This one has the biggest bin, bigger engine, bigger wider brushes, and the best part, hot swappable batteries. Man its been glorious. Best part is all my attachments fit. My original dyson came with every single one they made. They make a specific dog one now. The dyson outsize also has automatic suction levels or its medium is good enough with a timer on how long it will last. Big improvement over v8. Like i said who cares I got 2 batteries now . Theres no other wireless vacuum ive seen that can do suction that well.
dyson v10 def beats the samsung for carpets despite the dyson now having a dual use head i too didn't like having to mess with the filter every time i emptied the samsung bin i'd have gone for the samsung on clearance if it were better. it was on clearance for like two months. the dyson outsize is the only clearance dyson i've ever seen and it lasted less than a day
