Xiaomi - Vacuum Cleaner G20 Lite

Had a Dyson that died. Bought a Xiaomi. No regrets and saved so much money.

My bestie told me about her Xiaomi replacement which could do wet and dry and was raving about how it was better than her old Dyson. I went on Lazada during one of the double digit sales and picked up just a stick vacuum for $120. I mean, it’s a cheap investment and if dun like then it’s only $120 as opposed to another Dyson for $800+. My helper loves it better than the Dyson.

It does come with a UK plug when you buy it from the mi store (UK), I wouldn't recommend buying anywhere else as it might come with an EU plug. Talking about reviews, I've been buying Xiaomi products of all kinds for years (household appliances, phones, etc.) and have no complaints, both in the UK and abroad, but I've seen their trustpilot score is very poor.

Yo tengo dos perros que pierden bastante pelo y además vivo en La Costa por lo cual se junta más tierra, si bien viene alguien a casa una vez a la semana a hacer limpieza de todo a fondo, el tema de los pelos de los perros es algo de todos los días… Encima, pisos claros y perros negros, jaja, imposible de no verlos!!! Para mí lo más práctico ha sido una Xiaomi inalámbrica, para sacar lo grueso del día a día. Se carga en un toque, viene con algo para que quede enganchada a la pared (No necesito espacio para guardarla y la tengo a mano). Una robot capaz podría funcionar, pero en mi caso la casa no es muy grande, se me daría contra todos los muebles :/ y no sé qué tanto sirve para limpiar esquinas, rincones… y los pelos de los perros andan por todos lados.

Na parketu ne znam, imam pločice. Dobar je za prašinu i pseće dlake, ima svjetlo pa lijepo vidiš sve. Uglavnom koliko para ja sam zadovoljan, vjerujem da ima i boljih ali meni je ovaj sasvim dovoljan.

I have g20 lite and find it extremely useful for quick spot, surface sofa, nooks, spiderwebs and dust vacuumings. It is very light and has decent suction (albeit for 15 mins, lol) so i would definitely reccomend it as a suplement to a cord one. It you want to do deep cleans, esp carpets and have big flat i dont think i would work. Maybe some superexpensive dysons would do the job but im too poor to speak from experience on that xd.

Xiaomi G10 bzw Nachfolger G20, der beste und hochwertigst verarbeitet No bullshit Akkustaubsauger den ich je benutzen durfe. Den haben mittlerweile fast alle meine Freunde, ein echter Underdog wenn ich mir den thread hier durchlesen aber absolut zu unrecht :) 170€ und du hast locker einen besseren Sauger in der Hand als ein 700€ dyson

the Xiaomi G20 I am using is pretty good. great suction and long battery life. A little top heavy but it dismantles almost completely for cleaning. Good for carpets and beds/cushions. It has the trigger option or one touch which you can toggle, 3 suck speeds ( the top speed will lift my carpet off the floor) and way cheaper than a dyson

Don’t. You’re better off with a Xiaomi G series, ours is over 3 years old with original battery—not a single issue. Bought a pair of V12 Detect Slims for me and my mom and now hers is plagued with the clean filter error—even if it’s well taken care of and cleaned thoroughly and it’s just a year old. Recently mine has started showing the same and I’m more diligent with the maintenance of my gadgets. The fact that you can’t remove the cyclones for maintenance is a no-go in my book at this point. I regret spending close to 4 times as much money and Dyson’s phone support is ABYSMAL. The ergonomics of Dyson machines is second to none but it’s not worth the hassle. Replaced dyson with xiaomi. I think pretty good replacement. But the newer dyson is good too. But when my xiaomi dies, I'm planning to check out Shark brand.

I used v12 before. Still good too. Don't deny dyson is good product. But the price is meh. I think shark is only slightly cheaper. But still debating la. I may end up get xiaomi again.

300 off I guess still close to 1 k thought. Xiaomi easy is 300 sgd ish. I just find it a bit heavier. Otherwise is to me the same function. Then again. Even if 1 k. Spread over years of use is very worth already.

I don't understand why the Xiaomi recommendations are being downvoted. I was considering a Dyson vacuum and hairdryer but after listening to various friends' experiences, decided to just try Xiaomi first. Works fine and so cheap (relatively)!

Super agree with Xiaomi. It's so cheap, even if it doesn't last as long as a Dyson, a few of them over the years will beat the value of Dyson anytime. Mine is still going strong after 2 years. Same for the hairdryer too.
