Just finished week 9 today, bought JLab Go Sport+ in week 2 or so and never had any issue. Actually even the mic is decent for a wireless Bluetooth headphone

I have these [cheap little dudes](https://www.jlab.com/products/go-sport-plus-earbuds-graphite?srsltid=AfmBOooVTIYrX3Zsd82LsDRmCtLty07CBXU5EqYVX-2jUbGX42HRhtAr) and while not sold as hearing protection they do a pretty reasonable job of it for residential sites. No frills. They don't allow select noises through, etc. but I mostly work by myself anyway.

Looks like the 255 Music uses BLE (bluetooth low energy). There's pro and cons to that... Apparently, one of the cons of BLE is latency and dropouts due to the single stream limitation = only one earbud connects directly to the watch. I've also had issues with my new earbuds (JLAB GO SPORT+)...and Garmin suggests to pair the earbud on the same side as you wear the watch (example: left wrist, left ear) for a "direct line of sight" for the signal. Will be trying this on my next run: Connecting left earbud first, then removing the right one from the case. Crossing my fingers... Another user has suggested Bose QC Earbuds II, but I don't want to dish out another $200 just so my watch works as advertised.

I've got [these](https://www.jlab.com/products/go-sport-plus-earbuds-graphite). I think I got them at Target. The hook keeps them from falling out. The price means that even if they do get lost it's not that big a deal.

I had two pairs of JLabs Go Sport + and the first pair failed within two months and the second within 30 days. I was also unhappy with the company's response when I tried to exchange the first pair under warranty.

If you are going to go for it go for the go sport+ which is the same price but has more features like app support and customizable controls and eq

Should be great for that, you also will have a 2 year warranty so if for some reason you had a bad battery or something to that effect you would be covered for a new set. If you do go with them I highly recommend doing the registration so you can get the cloud foam tips free of charge, I use them on my epic sports and it makes it so much better to run with them or any earbuds really (more isolation and less of that sound/noise leak when you are stepping heavily)

I just bought my fourth pair of headphones/earphones that I cannot return and wish I had started at the end. My problem is they fall out of my ears. Also I can't afford the shockz. So on a recommendation from somewhere in Reddit I purchased the JLab GO Sport+. These are the kind that are separate buds, but have a hook to go over your ear. Can confirm glasses stayed on, and buds stayed in ears. They are super cheap too.

I got a super cheap pair of head phones JLab GO Sport+ for like $30. The sound quality isn't amazing and it doesn't have sound cancelling but they do not fall out and I can still hear my surrounding. I got them to replace my JBL reflect aero (which I sadly lost) which were also great. The aeros have a setting that allows you to hear your surroundings

Get the [Jlab go sport](https://www.jlab.com/products/go-sport-plus-earbuds-graphite) ($25) take off the rubber ear pieces, and put them in the ear muffs of your helmet. Lasted me 2 seasons so far. Or just do the aforementioned with your Powerbeats. My smith helmet has a little Velcro on the earmuffs you can peel back to tuck earbuds in

I'd recommend something like these. I used them for running and are far more secure and if I was to buy them again I'd go for something with noise cancellation. https://www.jlab.com/en-gb/products/go-sport-plus-earbuds-sand
