"USE THE STOCK ONES, any other tip I tried outside the stock ones, really make the ANC WAY worse, by 60% I would say, and it’s not an exaggeration"

1ohonereddit 1.0The nothing ear has absolutely terrible ANC. As a bonus, it amplifies high frequencies such as cutlery and keys clattering, and for some reasons also amplifies cars passing by. All of this in high mode. On a busy street, you're probably better off turning of ANC and just relying in the passive isolation. Transparency mode is also worse than talking with them on with ANC off. Also of it's windy where you live you might as well turn ANC off as it has zero wind detection. Everything else from app to controls iäand sound quality is excellent though. Weirdest past is, cmf buds pro 2/plus both have vastly improved ANC.

3rd_Floor_Again 1.0I've tested the Nothing ear and I wasn't this impressed with the sound like you were. I have the AZ100s and honestly, it is the best sounding earbuds I've ever had. I prefer to listen to music on the Technics over my Sony WH1000XM6 headphones, especially pumping LDAC to max Bitrate listening to HiFi sound on Qobuz. I change the EQ on Technics app depending on the type of music and I really enjoy it, and I love the voice clarity for calls on noisy environments, top notch.
abachhd 1.0Buds 2 Pro and Nothing Ear (a) 2024. I use Buds for regular listening and when I want to make use of the anc and ambient features. Nothing Ear is when I'm in the gym (Buds 2 Pro get slippery as hell with sweat) and when I want to listen to bass heavy music. Buds 2 Pro lasts me like 3-4 hours max in ambient mode on single charge plus weirdly the left earbuds drain faster for some reason, while Nothing Ear lasts easily around 5 hours.

Ok that's your opinion 👍, 2024 is good with sound personalization, but az100 secret: you need to set 250 band to -2, az 100 is then miles better.. i am currently using az 100 as i am writing , will now switch to 2024 to check it again.
Many people said this when 2024 is set to sound personalization: the sound is good, but in some songs you can hear a hissing noise at certain frequencies.
I'm currently listening to 2024, they're phenomenal, I must say. The sound is very sharp, but the AZ100 gives me a fuller and more rounded sound.
Alternative-Tone6631 1.0I just tried soundpeats, nothing ear, earfun and denon. Kept the Perl Pros and returned the others. super frustrated with soundpeats app - it crashed everytime i tried to open it. Nothing ear added some artifacts that were like garbled/warbling versions of the music that eere only noticeable in quiet sections of a song. Annoying. Earfun were ok, just not great. Denon perl pros are fantastic and the app is impressive. Ive tried the azh80s, xm5, oneplus, senn momentum 4, jabra elite 75active, and others last year and found my old soundcore liberty 3s were as good. the libs have been giving me charging issues, so I am replacing them with the Perl Pros.
Also, Ive recently purchased soundpeats capsule 3pro, earfun air pro 4, nothing ear 2025, and denon perl pros. I returned all of them except the perl pros. the auto eq is amazing. These edge out my lib3pros, plus im having charging issues with the lib3pros. The denon perl pros put a smile on my face.. Fantastic earbuds.
Ambitious-Count-8807 1.0I have both technics az80 and nothing ear 2024. I believe the nothing ear has crazy value for the asking price. Bass is reaching basshead levels, decent clarity and separation. LDAC availability. Awesome software. Nice modern utalitarian design. My only complaint with them was some harshness and unrefinement on the treble region. There was a time a believe the AZ80s were muddy too. Im glad i didnt return them. I believe their tuning is not for excitement, but for long relaxed listening sessions. They are warm, lush, smooth and intimate. Best mids i ever heard on a tws. Total opposite of the nothing ears. Exciting, engaging, lively but can be thin and lackluster on the "audiophile" areas, which are mids and treble. I listen to some jpop jrock and i understand why you prefer the nothing ears. Jpop is a genre that needs more liveliness. The technics is too thick sounding for that. Ironically, i love listening to black and death metal on my AZ80s. They have a very forgiving nature, in a sense that poor recordings still sound pleasing on them. Both are good in my opinon, just on totally different flavors. Now youre saying that, it makes sense why my hear id always try tp reduce treble. But my personal preference is still a sparkly treble. (Hence the love of L3P and AZ80) i just find the treble on these soundpeats not as refined. It makes sense at the price point. I put Earfun Air pro 4 (better soundstage) and Nothing Ear 2024 (almost as good as L3P) a little above this. Liberty 4 pro is released yesterday and now im curious about those.

I dont have a new one. My latest was supposed to be Rex5 but got stuck on processing, so i just decided to refund instead. I have been rotating my tws and realized i preferred a full bodied midrange than a leaner one. Its just a smoother and a more enjoyable experience (leaner sound tends to be more analytical imo, hence i returned my pi8 immediately.) The technics az80 still has more enjoyable sound than them. When i wear them all sibilance is gone, and i just focus on feeling the music instead of analyzing microdetails. Another one of my favorites are the nothing ear 2024. After sound personalization, the sound profile opens up. It has tactile bass and has one of the grittiest electric guitars i have heard (even compared to iems). My only problem with them was they never fail to hurt my concha after some time. I have smaller ears so i accepted my fate.
