I can recommend the Sennheiser IE100 Pro with the bluetooth dongle. It's my dedicated "sports" IEM for about 100$, great sound and battery life. It has no noise canceling but my tips do a decent job of isolating outside noise. If the extra money is worth it to you the Airpods should be good aswell, I just heard that the battery capacity decreases quickly over time.
